Development Partners are non-profit organizations, academic institutions, public agencies, civil society, NGOs, foundations and private corporations who are willing to assist local entrepreneurs.  

First step to become a Development Partner is to register your organization in Register Development Partner Page and create a mutual link between your Website and eComLink. 

Second step is to select your interested categories of topics and contribute contents through various Forums of eComLink website. You can volunteer to administer content and facilitate forums in specific categories. 

Third step is to apply for our eComLink Web software CD-ROM which you can install to your server.  You can customize, localize and mange it as a part of your Websites, while keeping the basic structure for knowledge sharing unchanged. You can share all the contents developed by other Development Partner Institutions by a regular synchronization of the databases. 

Knowledge is provided voluntarily by Resource Persons (Individuals) and Development Partners (Organizations). Contributors of knowledge will acquire "Contribution Score" when their contributions are appreciated by our Website visitors. Contribution score will be referred in the Resource Person List, e-Builders Lists in the Website, and will be referred to your clients when you apply for Business Partners Forum, e-Builder Auction, or e-Learning Auction
