Policy Diagnostic Questionnaire

This survey aims to analyze the state of "Collaboration" among municipalities, citizen's organizations, environmental NGO/NPOs and corporations on sustainable development both in U.K. and in Japan. The survey is conducted by a social/environmental research group within London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Please select one municipality which you are a member or most closely collaborating with in you activities, and answer questions relating to the collaboration within the municipality.

In totla, there are 19 questions with 5 alternative answers (or "other") for each, from which you may choose the one most close to describe the situation. Altogether, it requires roughly 10 minutes to complete the survey questionnaire.

This survey is anonymous. The outcome of the survey will be published in the Website, but the names, organization names, and e-mail addresses will not be disclosed to anybody. You can access to your answers at any time using the e-mail address and the password so tthat you can add or amend your previous answers.

The minicipalities and organizations participating in this survey will be able to compare the characteristics and achievements of the collaboration with other municipalities and organizations through Diagnose Results Page.

Finally, please provide us information of activities of your organization (or municipality) itself. This information will be published through the knowledge sharing Website Environmental Research h (www.netgrowth.org/environmentalResearch )
